I arrived at 8.15 to 25-30+ mph and sun. But unfortunately I must have hit something on the stony track to the beach as one of the front tyres was flat. I changed the wheel as I didn't want to have to do it after windsurfing. By the time I had done that the wind had dropped to 20-25 mph so I rigged a 5.5 to have enough power to get through the white water with fairly onshore wind. But the wind continued to drop so I hardly got going and it was rather chilly getting rinsed. So I gave up fairly soon and headed home.

After lunch a big squall with a 40mph gust went through and it then appeared to settle down and looking reasonably windy afterwards. All very frustrating.
